Terrible interaction. Less than a year after having retainer bonded, it’s falling off my teeth. The wanted over $300 to replace it. What a racquet, they don’t stand behind their work and only care about making more money off you when their dental work fails to sustain daily wear. For comparison my prior retainer was in place for 15 years. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE I know, it’s sad how medical professionals can be so careless about others health.

I wanted to start off by saying the staff here are wonderful! I came here to get my teeth straightened with Medicaid and have never had any issues. I have a convoluted engineering schedule so I had a few times where I had to cancel or move an appointment around and they do not charge a fee or anything they just want to help you out!! That's just the pleasantries though. That does not include how awesome and knowledgeable the staff is there. Dr. Ottey is most likely one of the most intelligent dentists/orthodontists I have ever met. She always knew everything and she knew exactly what to do. She is also very busy but makes sure to give everyone the time they deserve and her bedside manner is impeccable. When going here you do not only work with one orthodontic assistant but you work with someone different most trips. However everyone is very well trained and the whole office just has a great vibe. The place feels like I am in an episode of the view and its AWESOME. Just a very energetic place with everyone doing their jobs very competently. I had a consultation and my nephson had one and I decided to move forward with braces . I had a specific request and they were able to fulfill it . I’m so glad that God orchestrated our paths to cross because we’re family now ! Ty for taking good care of me from the beginning, I’m getting used to my braces and I’m grateful that you all are helping me maximize my smile . I appreciate you all. I know the finished product will be even more beautiful, because I’m in good hands . Looking forward to this beautiful journey together Dr Ottey and all staff at my orthodontist yall are amazing . I went to Dr. Ottey for a consultation because I’ve been wanting to correct my smile for a while now, and from the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. Dr. Ottey and her team were warm, welcoming, and never made the process feel overwhelming. They took the time to walk me through all of my options, explained everything clearly, and made sure I had the information I needed to make the best decision for myself… no pressure, just honest guidance. I decided to go with clear aligners, and the whole process has been smooth so far. My trays were ordered and arrived exactly when they said they would, which I really appreciated. I can’t remember the name of the woman who added my attachments, but she was amazing… super gentle, patient, and she gave me helpful tips on how to put my aligners in and take them out without breaking the attachments. That extra care made a big difference. Dr. Ottey checked in several times during my appointment to make sure I was comfortable, which says a lot about how much she genuinely cares about her patients. I’m excited to see my final results when treatment is complete, but I already feel confident that I made the right choice choosing Dr. Ottey and her tea
